🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At Soviks, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 90-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

📧 How to Start a Return  
To start a return, email us at info@soviks.com with your order number and the reason for return.  
Our support team will provide step-by-step instructions.  
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items  
We inspect every order before shipping. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:  
- Contact us at info@soviks.com  
- Include a description and a photo or video  
- Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no cost

🚫 We do not cover misuse, improper handling, or use of third-party items not sold by Soviks.  
🛡️ No warranty is provided beyond the 90-day return period.

💰 Refunds  
Refunds are available in the following cases:  
- You return the item within 90 days of delivery due to dissatisfaction  
- The product has a verified manufacturer defect within 90 days

To receive a refund:  
- The item must be returned in good condition  
- Once we inspect it, we will refund to your original payment method within 15 business days  
- Your bank may take additional time to post the refund

⏳ If 20 business days pass after approval and you haven’t received your refund, email info@soviks.com

📌 Important Notes  
- Return requests must be made within 90 days of delivery  
- Returned items must be in good, sellable condition  
- Return shipping is non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged  
- Using third-party items not sold by Soviks voids refund or replacement eligibility
